1. HOW LONG FOR SHIPMENT?

Receiving time=Processing time+Shipping time.

1) Processing time: 1-5 Working Days

2) Shipping Time: The United States,Italy, Spain, Germany, France, Poland, Belgium, Netherlands, Sweden 5-14Working Days

Notes:

1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

2) Shipping Time does not include a 1-5 Working Days processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed.

3) The package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

4)Depending on local postal delivery conditions, you may need to collect your package from your local post office. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Failed Delivery Situation

We are not responsible for failed delivery due to customer negligence, including but not limited to incorrect delivery information provided, such as order address/contact number/recipient name. In this case, we cannot refund your order.
